Originally from South Africa Tim Williams, had been experimenting with different chilli mixes with friends since childhood. When Tim married Annette, who doesn’t like hot flavours, Tim develop a product that would produce the same or similar flavours whether cooked with or added after. This allowed Tim and Annette to share the same meal, yet accommodate the different preferences for heat and spiciness.
